Kristen Faulkner grew up in Homer, Alaska, and picked up cycling at 23 while working in venture capital in New York. Seven years later, she stood on top of the Olympic podium in Paris — twice. Today she races for EF Education-Cannondale and speaks to audiences around the world about risk-taking, resilience, and redefining what's possible.
